W. Jermyn told Robert Law- rence McLean of Han-pton and Clifford Wayne Allin of Ennis-| killen, | The two 16-year-old boys were remanded to Ajax court. Mc- Lean was remanded in custody for one week while the Allin boy was remanded in the custody of his parents. The boys were captured by Ralph Brooks of Taunton Road East, Whitby Township as they ran from Mr. Brooks' house. Mr. Brooks and a friend were returning to the home of Mr. Brooks when they saw the two an unlocked porch door then smashing a window of the liv- ing room. When they were caught and held for the provincial police on July 4, the boys had socks, a radio, watch, cigars, candle and many other items in their possession which had _ been taken from the Brooks' home. McLean had goods of a total value of $52 while Allin had in his possession goods and money totalling $32. The two boys and a juvenile left home June 28. He had been drinking prior to the gate crashing incident. He is to be in off the streets every night by 11 p.m. Magistrate Jermyn warned, "if a report comes here that you are out after 11 p.m. you will be here in the court on a breach of probation. If you do appear on the charge you will be sentenced to a reformatory.
