(CP)--Dele- gates vote today on recommen- dations already read before the 47th annual convention of the London Diocesan Council of the Catholic Women's League of Canada. On the first of two days of meetings at the University of Windsor, the 200 delegates heard such topics aired as the need for a wider knowledge of legal aspects of family prob- lems, a greater relaxation of immigration laws and the ur- gency of a fuller understanding of education practices. Delegates also reported their local councils had spent more than 3,000 hours during the last year in aiding the sick, offering baby care services, collecting community funds and assisting the indigent.
