Councillor Wetherall said he expected the town to receive a certain amount of revenue from the sale of the old building. Council also approved a change order for the new com- plex consisting of photos of the interior and exterior of the building at a cost of $300. MILEAGE ALLOWANCE A bylaw was passed allowing councillors 10 cents per mile for their mileage to and from conventions. Finance Committee Chairman Wetherall said council had de- cided, at budget time, not to raise temuneration to council- lors but that the mileage cost had been included fm the budget. : Councillor Owen Ashley said he agreed with the present re- muneration of $750 annually and that he had calculated this at about 68 cents per hour on the time spent by council] mem- bers at committee and council meetings.
