Hunter, superintendent of the junior school. The Sunday School will hold {ts promotion day on the last Sunday in June and its Rally Day Service on the second Sun- day in September. The Sunday School anniversary will be the last Sunday in May. No classes will "be held during July and August. Plan Fund Drive BROOKLIN (TC) -- The Couples Club will hold a light bulb blitz to raise money for its sap ery A Lucky Luncheon will held Feb. 9. Fair Board BROOKLIN (TC) -- The sug- gestion that a band be hired fo play in the park during the fair was advanced at the an- nual meeting of the Brooklin Spring Fair Board. New Well AUDLEY (TC) -- When the well on the Audley school grounds failed to supply enough water for the needs of the new school, the school board decid- ed to have another one dug, It was when the drillers were digging a new well east of the school, that it caved in, and had to be filled in. The second attempt south of the school was successful, producing a good supply of water. | Annual Meeting | AUDLEY (TC) -- All reports presented at the annual meet- ling of Audley United Church | showed the church organiza- jtions had had a_ successful | year. Library Worry | BROUGHAM (TC) -- Misgiv- ings that a project, which had been started and kept going by local volunteers, donations and grants, should pass into other hands was voiced at the meet- ing of the Women's Institute. It was recalled the library in Brougham was started by the Farmers' Institute. It was later looked after by the late Mrs. Brown in part of her home until lit was moved to its present lo- ication in the fire hall. Plan Camps BROUGHAM (TC) -- The Ist Green River Brownie - Guide Company has announced plans are under way for a weekend 'camping rally at the Bruce Mil- ler farm in the spring. Another weekend camp will be held near Barrie late in March.
