WIN FARM RAISE LONDON (AP)--A pay ralse was negotiated Wednesday night for 400,000 British farm workers, the first for a major union since the national pay freeze began in July. The raise of six shillings (90 cents) a week is the lowest won by the farm union since 1962 and was 60 per cent of what it sought. Basic pay is 10 guineas ($31.50) for a 44-hour week.
