CAMPBELL Brooklin Concretes regained the OASA Intermediite 'C' soft- ball crown over the weekend, when they defeated Capreol faazucca ss iwe-siraigni, wins ning the first garie of the All- Ontario finals 2-1 and ending the series on Sunday afternoon with a 5-1 verdict. In dethroning the defending champions, Brooklin repeated what they had accomplished in 1964. Capreol were the Inter- mediate 'C' champions in 1957, °59, 60, 61, 63 and 1965. It was the third title-triumph for Brooklin, they having won the crown first in 1955. HITS ARE SCARCE Rival batters found that hits were hard to come by, in the first game Saturday night in Brooklin, as Ron Jones pitched a three-hitter for the home- sters while Ezio Bevilacqua 'al- lowed the homesters only four hits.
