Employed as a trackman by! the Toronto Transit sion for 43 years, Mr, Fayter retired nine years ago. He was a member of the Salvation Army. Porites his wife he is sur- vived by a daughter, Mrs. J. Reid (Margaret) of Whitby and| a son, Major John Fayter, superintendent of the Salvation Army Hostel at Sudbury. Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. W. Faulkner (Minnie) of Toronto; three brothers, George and Charles of England, and Harry of Calgary, Alberta and seven grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at the W. C.
