Dr, James B. Lee Jr. of St. Vincent Hospital, Worces- ter, said a fatty acid found in| a rabbit kidney was adminis-| tered to a person suffering from | hypertension for the first time/ and was successful. Lee told the American Soci- ety for Clinical Investigation Monday that the acid called me- dullin lowered blood pressure by relaxing or stretching the small arteries through which blood travels.
