Top Award Presented To 89 Scouts Eighty ~ nine boy scouts from the Lakeland Region -- 35 of them from Oshawa -- received their Queen's Scout parch- ments here Saturday night. It ftharked the first time the cere- tony has been held in Oshawa. Three Whitby scouts, eight from Bay Ridges and one from Fairport Beach and Rouge Hill also received scouting's high- est honor. The other Queen's Scouts were from Aurora, Bar- rie, Camp Borden, Coldwater, Cookstown, Huntsville, King, Milford Bay, Mount Albert, ' Newton Robinson, Nobleton, Or- illia, Parry Sound and Pene- tanguishene.
