THE OSHAWA TIMES, Mondey, April 4, 1966 27- OBITUARIES MRS. CATHERINE JANE JOHNSTON The death occurred April 2, at Hillsdale Manor, of Mrs, Cathe- riné Tane Tohnston. A resident! of the manor for some time,| she had been in failing health| for several years. The deceased was in her 75th year. The former Catherine Jane Henry, the deceased was born in England Aug. 28, 1891 and was married Aug. 17 ,1916, Montreal. Mrs. Johnston came to Oshawa from Montreal 12 years ago. Predeceased by her husband, Lewis Johnston, Feb. 26, .1962, the deceased is survived by a son, Douglas, of Toronto; a wis. (290 ter and three brothers in Eng- land. The memorial service will be held from the Armstrong Funeral Home at 2 p.m., April 5. Interment will be in Oshawa Union Cemetery. Rev. Mr. Belko is survived by his wife, the former Helen Hegedus and two sons, John and Donald (Bill) of Oshawa. He was pre- deceased by a daughter, Mary, in 1935.
