The report was turned into the Lion's Club at its meeting Tuesday evening by Don Irviné, manager of the Whitby Branch of the Bank of Nova Scotia. "The truck was seen pulling out of the field on Beech st. Sunday afternoon," Mr. Irvine informed his fellow Lions at the meeting. "We don't know who was driving the truck or how many people were involved," he said, "but we do know it has hurt out proposed pumpkin sell- ing drive this year."
