An agreement between the association and the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association (CLC) will be voted on Saturday. Meanwhile, Herbert Ingham, business manager for the 4,000- member Local 793 of the Inter- natinoal Union of Operating En- gineers (AFL-CIO), said mem- bers have approved strike ac- tion if renewed negotiations with the Toronto Excavators As- sociation next week are unsuc- cessful. About 300 of the union's bull- dozer, crane and tower hoist operators have been working on city projects 'since their con- tract expired April 30.
