Miss Reid spoke on the topic: 'If I} Could Be Anywhere Right Now, be Is Where I Would Like to e"', Brant Cowie took for his topic the subject: "John F. Kennedy". Following the announcement of the winners by the judges, Commissioner James Ross, of Whitby Public Utilities Commis- sion, and chairman William J. Fisher, of New Toronto Public Utilities Commission, who is president of District No. 4, On- tario Municipal Electric Asso-| ciation, presented attractive,| engraved Hydro trophies, and| miniatures of these trophies, to) the winners on behalf of the On- tario Municipal Electric Asso- ciation. Miss Reid received a Hydro plaque and a miniature also an Encyclopedia Britannica World Atlas. Brant Cowie received a| Hydro cup and 'miniature, also an Encyclopedia Britan- nica World Dictionary.
