The guest speaker of the eve- lacrosse acmss Canada, Terry Davis. He played senior with Nanaimo during the last three seasons where he won the scor- ing championship in 1964. Davis also played one year with the Brooklin Srs. and played Jr. here in Whitby where he was as starry a player as his broth- er John now is with the Osh- awa Green Gaels, Davis gave the stars test Phillips. Individual awards of lacrosse Andrew's in Whitby for 21 years before his retirement in 1960, died Monday at his residence, 502 Henry street. Service was held in the W. C. Town funeral chapel at 2 p.m, by members of the East Toronto Presbytery, which he was moderator of in 1954. A memorial service in Grove- side Cemetery was held by the Legion, of which Mr. Marshall the former padre. The Legion's Chaplain, Rev. Stanley Armstrong, of All Saint's United Church conducted the service. f|Over 60 members of the Legion attended the funeral. 1| Pallbearers were: A.
