Michael Henry Dell, 20, of 4% Cromwell avenue, originally pleaded not guilty to the charge, but changed his plea following) a lunch hour recess. Crown Attorney Bruce Affleck told the court Dell was one of three men who broke into the Ritson Centre store, 438 Ritson road south, Oshawa, on July 29 and stole a cash register. There was no money in the cash regis- ter at the time, he said. EXPERT TESTIFIES David Sharp, of the Attorney General's laboratory staff, tes- tified a wheel wrench found with the accused bore marks of crushed glass similar to that in the store windows.
