OF BY-LAW 4436. : The purpose of Section 1. of by-law 4436 is to chonge the definition of height which now appears in the Zoning By-low so that in calculating the height of buildings or structures for purposes of the zoning by-law certain construction-such as bulkheads, penthouses and similar constructions enclosing equip- ment or stairs will be disregarded provided that they are less than 18 feet in height and do not cover more than thirty per cent of the area of the roof on which they are jocated.
