Founded in 1938, Port Perry Yacht Club conducts its opera- tions so that a membership is well within the means of the average working man. Although most members own boats, the ctub does not require its mem- bership te be boat owners. The club operates at capacity with 50 member families and since its foundation has always encouraged family membership. For a rather small club, PPYC boasts memberships from all parts of Ontario.
