The de-| ceased was in her 64th year. | The former Agnes Kate) Swain, a daughter of the late Catherine Werry and Stanford Swain, she was born in Cart- wright township. She received her education in Cartwright schools and Whitby Ladies' Col- i ege. On Sept. 29, 1928, she mar- ried Clarence Marlow of Black- stock. In early life, she was active in Young People's work, and women's associations but for several years health has called for a quiet life. She was a member of Blackstock United Church. Surviving besides her husband Clarence, is one son, Bill, who -was in Melbourne, Australia, but flew home; two sisters, Mrs. M. Sanderson (Ann) and Mrs. O. Carley (Margaret); one brother, Wier, all of Toronto; three brothers, Lew Herb and Harold all of Cartwright. Pre- deceased by one brother Roy, in the first world war. The funeral service wa in McDermott - chapel, Port Perry, 2 p.m. July 14, .at} Rev. P. Romeril. Interment was in Union Cemetery, Cadmus.
