REMINISCING --Oshawa Times Photo 'Mrs. Maurice Hickey, Now 90 Honored By Friends, Neighbors Mrs. Maurice Hickey, Fair- leigh avenue, celebrated her ninetieth birthday last Friday morning by attending mass at St. Mary of the People Roman Catholic Church. On Friday a Jarge number of cards and flow- ers from well wishers flooded her home. On Saturday evening about fifty of her friends and neighbors surprised her with a party. Mts. Hickey was born, grew up and was married in Maynooth, Ontario where she lived until 1949 when, following came to Oshawa. Mrs. Hickey, as a farmer's wife, always made her own bread and still bakes it regularly every week.
