YEAR IN REVIEW Mrs, Robert Sholdra conduct- ed the meeting and reviewed the year's undertakings. Miss Anne Sabat gave a detailed re- sume of Barvinok's activities for the past year. Mrs. Nicholas Seminik gave the treasurcr's annual report and also dis- tributed a printed financial re- port to all members in the ab- gence of Mrs. Steven Hercia, the financial secretary. The fi- nancial report showed that the association has been totally re- sponsible for the construction of| the Sunday School rooms and| who gave their reports were: Mrs. Walter Kuch, press secre- tary; Mrs. William Drozwick . It was de- cided to purchase 50 new chairs and 20 used tables, Sh reported on the progress of the decorat- ing and that several prizes nave been donated for a raffle raise funds. Mrs. Steven Gonta reported for the committee regarding the Students' Dinner, which is spon- sored each fall for the Ukrain- ian Orthodox students attending high school and university, The dinner will be held Novem- ber 3. following liturgy in the church auditorium. The Rev- erend Rostyslaw Panczenko will be the guest speaker. Due to various circumstances it was decided to cancel the fall dance. The -same committee will convene the Spring Frolic. It was agreed to hold a New Parfinuk, Mrs. Lawrence Skira- tow, Mrs. Donald Sadway and Mrs, John Kostuk as veners.
