Clark scored two touchdowns for Montreal, one on a 73-yard run and the other on a 52-yard pass play with quarterback mann each scored one, and Bobby Jack Oliver and Gino Beretta each kicked a single. The final points came on a safety touch. : Winnipeg scored its lone point on George Flemming's wide field goal attempt. The Ottawa scoring was led by lineman Moe Racine, who booted field goals of 28 and 11 yards, three converts and a sin- gle.
