The deceased was born in Seagrave, May 17, 1923, and went to school in Port Perry until he joined the air force just before the Second World War. He married Lucille Jeffr in Port Perry in 1947. The couple made their home in Barrie, where they had resided ever since. Mr. Scott was a civil service officer, with. the fire depart- ment at Camp Borden.
