They also purchased a mattress for a bassinette (family referred by Public Health) issued meal tick- et to a transient, issued one layette and paid bus fare for pensioner. - Mrs. W. T. Morehouse read the club's and program report and Mrs. R. G. Lancaster read the Ways and Means report. Mr. Harold McNeill stated all classes had been well attended. The Junior Girls' Gymn Club which meets on Wednesday afternoon has a varied program of games, music, dancing and the use of the trampoline. Also 150 boys participated in the Sat- urday basketball league. Mr. McNeill thanked the vol- unteer workers who assisted with the work .at Settlement House as follows: the members of the Women's Welfare League for their help, in picking up used clothing; The Women's Pilot Club for providing transporta- tion for the Golden Age Club members of Hillsdale and Hali- day Manor; The Golden Jubilee Chapter of the IODE for serv- ing the Thursday evening lunch for the Golden Age Club; The Westmount Kiwanis Club for supervising and oe Junior Fish and Game Club; The Cerebral Palsy Parent Council for assisting with the Crippled Children's School and treatment centre; Mrs. E. Holy Trinity Holds Snowflake Bazaar A very successful Snow!lake tea and bazaar was heK re- cently in the Church Hall at Holy Trinity Church. The hall was decorated in the snowflake and Christmas thenie. The president, Mrs, Clinton Nickerson, introduced Mrs. Leonard Ware, who opened the bazaar. Those in charge of the different booths were: sewing, Mrs. James Dobbins; home- baking, Mrs. Norman Taylor; touch aad take and candy, Mrs. Samuel McNair; Christmas stockings, Mrs. Carl Creamer, kitchen and tea room, Mrs. Kenneth Code. The newly formed girls' aux- iliary also had a small booth at this bazaar, which was their first fund raising project and will purchase their differ- ent supplies for making covers for prayer books. James of Uxbridge were recently honored at a family party, on the occasion of their 45th wedding anniversary.
