A crown of crystal and pearls caught her French pouff veil and she carried red roses, stephanotis and ivy. The maid of honor was Miss Joy Chamberlain of Oshawa, in yellow with bridesmaids Miss Gail McLean, King City, and Miss Linda Smith of Bowman- ville, in lilac. Their waltz-length gowns were designed with tier- ed skirts of organza over taf- feta with nylon and lace hod- iges. Their veiled hats were trimmed with a matching fiower and they carried yellow and mauve shasta chrysanthemums The bride's niece, Miss Valarie McQuinn, Port Perry, was the flower girl. She wore a mint green dress styled on the lines of the attendants, a rhinestone crown and carried a basket of yellow roses and ivy. The bride's brother, Mr. James McQuinn, Port Perry, was the best man with Mr. Mervin Smith and Mr. Allison McQuinn, both of Bowmanville, as ushers. Master Neal Smith, Bowman- ville, was the ring-bearer. The reception was held at the Tyrone Hall with the bride's mother wearing a dress of lace over satin in champagne shade, green accessories and a corsage of carnations tinted green. The bridegroom's mother chose Banff blue silk: organza, white accessories and a corsage of carnations tinted blue. Also re- ceiving was the 'bridegroom's grandmother, Mrs. Cowling, in a blue lace dress and a corsage of pink carnations. 'r. and Mrs. Smith will make their home in Enniskillen.
