Service in McGill To Use Large Estate For Research MONTREAL (CP)--A 2,000 - acre estate at nearby St. Hilaire will be utilized by McGill Uni- versity as a summer research centre and a winter playground .|for students. Two dormitory blocks to house some 30 students and a small all-purpose laboratory for research are to be constructed this year. The estate was bequeathed to the university by Brig. Hamil- ton Gault, distinguished Cana- dian soldier who died in 1958 at age 76. The man who raised a battalion of the Princess Pa- tricia's Canadian Light Infantry at his own expense early in the First World War, and went) % overseas with it, once described the estate as "my most cher- ished: possession." Prof. Patrick Baird, director of the estate, says McGill will make {t a centre for the study! % of biological sciences during the summer and a haven for sports- minded students in the winter.|§ At present, three McGill stu- dents are engaged in research projects at the estate. Without Pain Or Discomfort Finds Healing Substance That Relieves Pain And Itching As It Shrinks Hemorrhoids Toronto, Ont. (Special) --For the first time science has found a new healing substance with the ability to shrink hemorrhoids and to relieve pain and itching. Thousands have been relieved with this inexpensive substance right in the privacy of their own home without any discomfort or inconvenience. In one hemorrhoid case after another, "very striking improve- ment'? was reported and verifi by doctors' observations, "Pain was promptly relieved, And while gently relieving pain, actual reduction or retraction (shrinking) took place. And most amazing of all--this improvement was maintained in eases where doctors' observations were continued over a period of many months! In fact, results were so thorough among these sufferers were a very wide variety of hemorrhoid con- ditions, some of even 10 to 20 standing. All this, without the use of nare cotics, anesthetics or astringents of any kind. The secret is a new heal- ing substance (Bio-Dyne)--the discovery of a famous scientific in« stitute. Already, Bio-Dyne is in wide use for healing injured tissue on all parts of the iy. This new healing substance is offered in suppository or ointment form called Preparation H.
