Court of Appeals affirmed Thursday a federal court deci- sion which cleared the way for E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. to begin distribution of 23,- Chase Manhattan Bank, egis- trar of the GM stocks, is ex- pected to set into motion a mall distribution plan. The totals were $818,561,000 as against $651,639,000 a year earlier.
