Court Issues Bench Warrants BOWMANVILLE (Staff) Bench warrants were issued for two district youths when they failed to appear in court here Tuesday on a charge of steal- ing gasoline. Albert Goodwin and Melville Spragg were the two of six youths charged with the offence who did not appear, although Jack Whelan notified the court that he would be delayed until noon because of his job. When a police cruiser was sent to the Goodwin residence to pick up two youths and bring them back to court, OPP learn- ed that Goodwin was in Minden and Spragg was in Oshawa look- ing for a job. Roy Mullholland, Robert Whe- lan and Wade Summers appear- ed in court on the charge of stealing gasoline from the pro- perty of Herbert Prescott, Dar- lington Township.
