Little, president of the Cana- dian Exporters' Association. Mr. Little, who is chairman of the board of Anglo-Newfound- land Development Co. Ltd., said the current move is an out- growth of a resolution adopted at the association's annual con- vention in October which called| challenge -of seeking to create) for an appraisal of the organiza-|conditions *that tion's aims, purposes and pro- ducive gram in the light of new world trading conditions. The appraisal, on which the new plans are largely based,| was made by John J. Deutsch,' vice-principal of Queen's Uni-! versity; Mitchell W. Sharp,| Toronto, former deputy minister of trade and commerce; and Arthur J. R. Smith, research director, Private Planning Asso ciation of Canada, Montreal.
