The Grad- uation exercises were conducted by the Sunday School superin- tendent, Mr. Wm. Armstrong. Each group of the school took their place at the front of the church and were presented to the congregation. In opening the exercises, Mrs. Armstrong pointed to the impor- tance of the church and Sunday school in moulding these young people into future citizens. The challenge, she said, was great. In presenting the large num- ber in the beginners' class, Mrs. Armstrong asked the congrega- tion to try to picture such a large class in their small class- room in the basement of the church.
