McINTYRE HOOD Special to The Oshawa Times LONDON ~ Politically, Brit- ain is presenting a united front on the necessity of negotiating with Russia over Berlin from a position of strength. Gordon Walker, a member of the Labor shadow cabinet, speaking in Derbyshire, said Russia had shown herself ready to defy and outrage world opin- jon.
