Graham gave the Ventures group a clean slate Thursday when he said an exchange au- ditor found "no evidence of trading in shares of any of these companies by any of their officers or directors, or others in positions of trust." Ventures was suspended from trading for four days earlier| this month after a company of-| ficial denied merger rumors a| scant 96 hours before the actual effect. The auditor did find two| exceptions which were termed "immaterial". One director sold| 300 shares of Falconbridge and another bought 350 of McIntyre] Porcupine.
