Coverage HALIFAX (CP) -- The Cana- dian Federation of Mayors and Municipalities will ask the Board of Broadcast Governors, the CBC and the Big Four Foot- hall League to telecast Big Four football over CBC stations. In a resolution approved dur- ing the annual conference of the federation, the BBG and CBC were asked to make "whatever facilitating arrangements" may games.
