THIS WEEK-END will decide the Stanley Cup playoff berths in the National Hockey League for the 1959-60 season. At the present moment, it doesn't look as if there is much doubt. Canadiens have clinched first place, Leafs have the runner-up slot all sewed up and Chicago is at least certain of finishing either in third or fourth spot. Toronto Leafs couldn't care less --so if they lose to Black Hawks tonight, then Chicago has third place clinched. But if Boston should win in Mon= treal, then they could possibly catch third place, with a win on Sunday night over Chicago. Red Wings, in the meantime, are at home to.
