A hand reached out and pressed something into her hand. A man's voice said, "buy something nice for the kids." In her hand was a $20 bill. She did not see the giver. Mrs. Arnold wrote a letter to the Akron Beacon Journal thanking the mysterious stranger. She signed it "Grafe- ful Mother."
