Track Physician Insists Jockey Not Intoxicated LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The track physician at Hollywood Park said Saturday that jockey Jackie Westrope couldn't possibly have been under the influence of fiquor when he rode to his death June 19. Dr. T. H. Haller took sharp ex- ception to a county coroner's re- port that the dead jockey's blood- stream showed evidence he had been drinking.
