Sift again with salt. Cut in shortening or lard with pastry blender rath- er coarsely. Sprinkle with water, and mix lightly. Chill well before using. Filling: 3 eggs well beaten cup milk medium sized onion chopped fine cup lefover ham or bologna cut in small pieces salt and pepper to taste Beat eggs, add milk. Add chop- ped onion and ham, salt and pep- per. Stir well. Line pie plate with chilled pastry. Add egg and ham mixturé., Top with pastry. Put in 1 1 1 450 oven for 10-15 minutes.
