From the humorous and original cos- tumes the judges awarded prizes to little Nancy Knox, Murray Yellowlees, Glen Fraser, Patricia and Helen Knox, Clarence Hug- gins, Keith Cryderman and Ewart Leask. Hallowe'en games were conducted by the conveners -- Ewart and Clara Leask, who, with their group served lunch. PRESENT SKIT The ladies of the W.I. enjoyed their annual bus trip to Toronto. Helen Knox and Patricia Davis accompanied the ladies to the W.I. convention in the Royal York Hotel where they presented a skit given at the 4-H Club proj- ect, "The Club Girl Entertains.' A variety program is planned for the new hall on Saturday eve- ning, November 10. Plan to at- tend. The hall will be honored with a kitchen shower on Tuesday evening, Nov. 13. Ladies are re- quested to bring lunch and a card table Mrs. Lloyd Graham, mission- ary, on furlough from Japan, was the guest sp2aker at the church seryice; Sunday afternoon In her very interesting talk Mrs. Graham stressed the great need of church workers and mis- sionaries in Japan where for the past five years she and her hus- band have been doing social work. The boys and girls were, also pleased to hear Mrs. Gra- ham's story, especially for them. The choir sang '"What Have You Done for Jesus." PERSONALS Miss Lena - Taylor, Mrs. W.
