The crowd outside the post office, for the draw at 3.00 p.m. yesterday, was the biggest yet. Unanimously voted the unluck- iest lady of the week, at yester- day's draw, was Mrs, H. Campbell, of 601 Green street. Mrs. Camp- bell's ticket was the first to be drawn from the drum, and was a 20 percent coupon, A gasp went up from the crowd, when Chairman Charles Mesher announced that the coupon was worth $89.00. Mrs. Campbell was not present, and therefore did not collect the prize. The second ticket drawn, how- cver, paid off.
