The evening entertainment was provided by J. H. Abernethy, of Bowmanville, who gave an in- teresting display of the different types of wallpaper used in decor- ating, demonstrated a new type of paint and answered various ques- tions. Music was provided by our very capable local talent, Mrs, M. Stainton and Mrs. L. Lamb favor- ed with piano solos and two num- bers were rendered by the Ennis- killen Quartette, one being the timely, Macnamara's Band. Our Service Club ladies met at Mrs. F. Becketts, on Tuesday even- ing with 13 present. After business and their work period was over, lunch was served by Mrs. A. J. Werry, Mrs. H. Mills, Mrs. T. Wil- son, and the hostess.
