With the Union Jack in the up- per left corner, the ensign also bears (with a white background) an artistic and attractive Sea Cadet emblem featuring the tra- ditional naval crown and fouled anchor, and Maple Leaf repre- sentation of the 10 provinces. The gold anchor is set in a circle of blue, while the maple leaves are deep red with white veins. (CP) -- Chief councillor James Powless of the Six Nations Indians told members of the Ontario legislature's select committee on Indian affairs Sat- Man Charged In Stabbing Ot Doctor ROUYN; Que. (CP)--Mike Ko- zar, 26-year-old laborer, was charged with murder Saturday in | connection with the stabbing of a Rouyn doctor Friday night. Kozar was charged following a coroner's inquest. Police said Kozar stabbed Dr. Andre Ozegonski 40, after the doc- tor refused to treat him because he had no money. Dr. Ozegonski died en route to hospital. Mrs. C. Czerniak, a patient, was waiting in the doctor's office when | the attack took place. She said | she saw Kozar and the doctor fight- urday the popular belief that a drinking Indian goes "stark, rav- ing mad" is a lot of poppycock.
