The first exhibiticn, held 1ast year, was a revelation to all and sundry who saw the exhibits of some 26 industries. Even some residents of Ajax were unaware of the diversification of manufactured roducts which were be made here, 'and distributed to all parts of the Dominion and in many cases all over the world. SPACE AT PREMIUM In an interview today with wi President of the Association Mr. Jones told The Times-Gazette that the Associa- tion had grown since last year, and that space for the ex-| "hibits would be at a premium. He noted that the Association as a whole received a tremendous inspiration from the success of last year, and that the programme this year would be much improved, the addition of several new indust- would add much to the geneFal of the whole affair. MANY NEW PRODU Some companies pig overseas have brought to Canada and Ajax an entirely mew product, which on its own merit, has found a ready market. One such industry is Aga Steel Radiator Company. Their product, hot water radiators, produced by an entirely new meth- od, are stamped out of sheet steel, and welded together by a special piece of machine wel ding. the only such machine. in 'North Am- erica. This product has gained much favour and is finding a ready-market. Milan Enterprises, a growing concern manufacture kitchen furn- iture, if you own a chrome and ~~ Money Stolen When Home Is Looted AJAX (Times-Gazette Staff Re- porter) -- An Ajax man received an unpleasant surprise yesterday when he returned home from work to find his bedroom ransacked, and some $42 in cash and bills gone, besides his wrist watch and a pocket watch. The owner of the home returned home later to find a similar condi- tion in his oom and a $20 bill thieves had not taken anything else from the house but cash. It was learned the house had been unoccupied all day and the doors unlocked. The Ajax police are continuing their investigation. Chief Traves today said that a theft such ase this may have been prevented if the house had been locked se- curely.
