Oshawa Presbytery Drama Is Splendid Entertainment GLADYS YELLOWLEES Correspondent SOLINA -- The Oshawa Presby- tery Drama Festival held Wednes- day and Thursday nights in Solina Community Hall provided splendid entertainment for the interested au ,diences. . In the business discussion a com- mittee was named to purchase a picture of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth for the school. Chas. Shortridge gave an inter- esting report of the OEA Conven- tion in Toronto. The program was in charge of Mr. and Mrs. E. Spires and Mr. and Mrs. Burney Hooey. Mrs. Hooey was in the chiar. Readings were given by Pearl Leach and Mr. B. G. Stevens. Guests "from Oshawa, Mr, and Mrs. L. cock, showed beautifully colored films of Western Canada, through the States and Mexico. Of special interest in Western Canada were scenes on the Duke of Windsor's ranch in Alberta.
