But it came under the heading of "extreme cruelty" when he gave the ring back to her as a Christmas present. This was listed as one complaint in a divorce suit filed yesterday by "NJ, Frank Marakowitz of Clif- n Start Survey On Low Grade Ontario Milk Toronto (CP) -- The Agriculture | department today began a survey | that may lead to the sale of two- per - cent milk in Ontario. Acting on instructions of Agri- culture Minister Kennedy, Dairy Commissioner Everett Biggs is making an investigation into the plan. Milk now sold in Ontario has a 3.4 per -cent butterfat content. "If the doctors are right in saying that two per cent mild is better than 3.4 as far as children are concerned, why should we not take the extra butterfat and turn it into butter which is in short supply," Mr. Kennedy said. "We are going to look into the matter." Mr. Biggs will discuss the pro- posal with producers, distributors and processors.
