The theme was "Worship and Work." These have an essential place and must always be ly related. The worship gives one a sense of God's presence while through work, whatever it may be, Christians prove the reality of their worship. Mrs. Fred Real read the scripture and prayer was led by Mrs, F. Beare. Mrs. Milton Rynard sang a yey appropriate solo, "The Broken Heart," which was enjoyed by all. Mrs. Wilfred Evans, the guest speaker,' gave a very interesting and helpful address on "The Home," taking for her text the latter part of the third chapter of the book of Colossians based on "Charity and Other Duties," which are found ne- cessary in a home. . Ianson and Swanick for taking the children and giving them the outing. On Tuesday afternoon several members of the WMS met in the church basement and quilted a quilt. Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Beare, also Mr. and Mrs. F. Tobin motored to Guelph for the weekend. Rev. and Mrs. Kenneth Lee left his home here on Tuesday by motor for the ministry in northern Alberta, Mr. and Mrs. W. 8t. John at- tended the graduation exercises of his niece, Miss Betty St. John, at WRoss Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, on Wednesday afternoon.
