L. Osborne, There was a social half-hour over afternoon tea and Mrs. Macdougall presided at the tea table. The president, Mrs. W. E. G. The members present who understood Bach had their ap- preciation deepened; to those who did not know Bach so well, Dr. Os- borne opened up a new avenue of pleasure. The speaker's very real personal enjoyment of good music was transferred to his listeners; they enjoyed the story of Bach's unusual .career but more than ever before the music as illustrated by several recordings. Mrs. Leo Gray of Oshawa - ex- pressed the appreciation of the group to Dr, and Mrs. Osborne for their hospitality and entertainment. Mrs. D.H. Holliday Re-elected Head Hillcrest H.&S.
