HOPE Correspondent Scugog, Aug. 2--All were glad to have the Rev. J. R. Bick back from his bolidavs with his fine message on Sunday, also the fine message from the choir, which was highly praised. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Fralick on the birth of an- sther little daughter on July 21st. A little sister for Linda and Diann. Congratulations to Mr. Alfred Lines and his sister Josephine, on their recent marriages. All were glad to see Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Pralick back in their places in Grace Church after their motor trip to Alberta to visit her sister, Mrs, VanNest. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Hussey and ' ramily, Betty, Larry, David and their uncle, of Otterville, Mr. and Mrs, H. Lines of Oshawa, Miss Edna Prentice and Viola Brown were re- cent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. David Hope and Shirley. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lipchick of Toronto and lit- tle Sharon and Jeanie returned home with them after spending a few weeks there. Mrs. Warren of Whitby is visiting her son, John, for a few days. Mr. Grocok and son Teddie of Toronto spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tetlow. George anc David Jackson spent the past week with their grand- parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jeorge Jack- son, in Port Perry. Mr. Eddie Blankhorn, David Mc- Nerney, Jackie Stewart, Jill Hinton and Bonnie Eden have returned to their homes in Toronto after spend- ing a couple of weeks with Mr. and Mrs. David Moore. Mr. and Mrs, Laverne Martyn spent Sunday ir Toronto and his sister, mez, returned home with them for a week's holiday at her home here.
