L J LJ + SCISSORED SPORT--(By The Canadian Press)---The first game of the 1948 Allan Cup final will be played in Regina, the date depending on tae outcome of the eastern final series between Hamilton Tigers and Ottawa Senators, President Al Pickard of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association said at Regina last night. The cup final will begin April 14, Pickard said, but if a fifth game becomes necessary in the best-of-five Hamilton-Ottawa series the opening game will be postponed to April 26. Second game will be at Calgary April 27 or 28, depending on the eastern series, with the third and fourth games scheduled for Edmonton begin- ning May 1. The remaining games and dates have not yet been scheduled . ...
