The winner of this section will really have to work hard all the way. In spite of the Christmas rush, the individual scores are improving steadi- ly and each week seem to set a higher standard. M. Collis Dept. Store rolled the high team triple with a score of 3752, the Silents were second with a score of 620. The high individual triple was rolled by E. Bemis with a score of 828. I. Smale rolled the next best triple with a score of 781. The high individual single was rolled by K. Whittington with a score of 336 closely followed by A. Moss with a score of 335. They grabbed 4 points agaln last night, with Trimble bowling a nice 769 (337). Another four point winner was the Coons who took them from the hapless Pushovers. The Pushovers haven't managed to get a point 'this section, but we have been warned to watch out next section. The Cracks led by Crwaford took four points from the Goons. Moaners and Bums staged a real battle for their points. The first game ended in a tle, and only forty pins separated their team totals. The Bums managed to take three pionts, leaving the Moaners moan- ing. The night's bowling left the league pretty well unchnaged. The Troopers are a little further out in front--the Pushovers are a little further behind-- and the rest of the teams are all grouped in between.
