"I didn't have anything to do," she explained, "so I thought I'd come back and visit awhile, Dave's sleeping." She gazed enthusiastic- ally at Dad Parsell, standing be- side Mother with a hand in his pocket and the other at nis side and puffing rythmically on his old pipe.
