Killed On Active Service -- Was Girl Guide Section Officer Rose Goodman, first member of the R.CAF, Wo- men's Division to be killed on active service, has been memorialized by a group of Toronto girls who have named their club after her, it was announced in Toronto by Edith Bugarman, president of the recently formed Section Officer Rose Good~ man Chapter of B'nal B'rith Girls, Section Officer Goodman enlisted in the RO.AF. in October 1941 and received her preliminary training in Toronto, as a member of the first class of 180 to graduate from the administrative training course.
